NEWS RELEASEMarch 3, 2008FTI Rider Challenge Schedule at WEFWELLINGTON, Fla., Mar. 3--The final event in the $200,000 FTI Rider Challenge at the CN Winter Equestrian Festival presented by Zimmerman Advertising will be the $75,000 Penta Water Grand Prix on Saturday night, March 29 at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center. Equestrian Sport Productions, LLC, the PBIEC management company, announced Monday the final list of events. The FTI Rider Challenge comprises nine WEF Challenge Cup events, 10 of the week's premier Grand Prix plus the CN Jumper Classic and CN Jumper Stakes. Remaing classes on the schedule include: - WEF Challenge Cup series: Thursday, March 6, Thursday, March 13 and Thursday, March 20 - Grand Prix: Sunday March 9, Sunday March 16, Sunday March 23 and Saturday, March 29, and - CN Jumper Stake, Thursday, March 6 and CN Jumper Classic, Saturday, March 8. The FTI Rider Challenge divides $200,000 to the top four riders in designated classes during the 12 weeks of WEF. First placed rider receives $100,000, second place $50,000, third $30,000 and fourth $20,000. CN is a leader in North American and worldwide freight transportation.
