The FTI Rider Challenge accumulates points from a series of designated Grand Prix events at the CN Winter Equestrian Festival. The $200,000 is awarded at the end of WEF to the top four riders.

With only one event left in the highly competitive $200,000 FTI Rider Challenge, Beezie Madden widened her lead at the top of the standings after the $75,000 Suncast Corp. Grand Prix Sunday. Madden rode Onlight to finish fifth while her nearest rival for the $100,000 first place, Canada's Eric Lamaze was 11th on Ronaldo. The final event in the FTI Rider Challenge is the $75,000 Penta Water Grand Prix on Saturday, Mar. 29, under the lights at the Palm Beach Interational Equestrian Center.
